Abstract: Rural express delivery in Tongwei county is a major driving force to drive economic growth in Tongwei county. With the rapid development of rural express service industry in Tongwei county, there are some service quality problems, such as serious damage of express delivery, unreasonable express pricing and delayed delivery. This survey collected data through electronic questionnaires and adopted fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the basic analysis method. Through the survey, it came to the conclusion that the evaluation value of rural residents' overall satisfaction was 3.31, which was relatively low, indicating that the express service level in Tongwei county was general. Through the analysis of indicators at all levels, customer complaints, staff service quality, delivery speed, express delivery price and goods safety are ranked in the order of satisfaction evaluation value from high to low.
