Abstract: In order to fully grasp the status of rural public cultural products supply in frontier minority areas, this paper visits and investigates the construction and management of the public cultural facilities of the 9 streets and 98 village committees in Anning of Yunnan Province, including basic service items, service guarantee, the legal responsibility of the service, hardware facilities, staffing, performance evaluation etc., and analyzes and discusses the results of the investigation. In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions on increasing capital investment, strengthening the construction of talent team, perfecting the policies and regulations, satisfying the needs of the grassroots and providing the national characteristics, so as to further improve the supply efficiency of rural public cultural products in frontier minority areas.
