Abstract: Both the Party's 19th National Report and the Central No.1 Document pointed out that it is necessary to promote the construction of integrity and the institutionalization of volunteer services, vigorously cultivate rural social organizations, and actively develop rural social work and volunteer services. Rural volunteer service is in the best era of development. Henan rural volunteer service has made positive progress in system construction, organization management, team building, and service project cultivation. However, there are also some difficulties in ideological understanding, sound system, socialization level, talent team building, capital guarantee. All of these require our attention to improve rural volunteer service.
