Abstract:
To study the mediating role of psychological capital between coping style and graduate job search capabilities, six hundred and sixty-six graduate students were tested using the positive psychological capital scale, coping style scale, and postgraduate job search ability questionnaire. It shows psychological capital and mature coping style have a significant positive predictive effect on postgraduate job search ability; psychological capital plays a part of mediating role in coping styles on job search ability. It concludes psychological capital is the intermediary variable between coping style and postgraduate job search ability. The research conclusions have theoretical value to improve postgraduates' job search ability.
