心理资本在应对方式与研究生求职能力之间的中介作用研究

Relationship between Coping Style and Graduate Job Search Ability: Psychological Capital as a Mediator

  • 摘要: 研究心理资本在应对方式与研究生求职能力之间的中介作用,采用积极心理资本量表、应对方式量表和研究生求职能力问卷对676名研究生施测。结果表明:心理资本和成熟型的应对方式对研究生求职能力均有显著正向预测作用;心理资本在应对方式对求职能力的影响中起着部分中介作用。结论:心理资本是应对方式和研究生求职能力之间的中介变量,研究结论对提高研究生的求职能力具有一定的理论价值。

     

    Abstract: To study the mediating role of psychological capital between coping style and graduate job search capabilities, six hundred and sixty-six graduate students were tested using the positive psychological capital scale, coping style scale, and postgraduate job search ability questionnaire. It shows psychological capital and mature coping style have a significant positive predictive effect on postgraduate job search ability; psychological capital plays a part of mediating role in coping styles on job search ability. It concludes psychological capital is the intermediary variable between coping style and postgraduate job search ability. The research conclusions have theoretical value to improve postgraduates' job search ability.
