Abstract: Improving the rural living environment is an important content and fulcrum of the strategy of rural revitalization, and a measure of whether the happiness and satisfaction of farmers have been effectively improved. In view of this, this article adheres to the rural living environment improvement action plan for three years and the implementation scheme of Xundian county residential environment as a benchmark, in Xundian county elephant trunk hill village. On the basis of field investigation, the comprehensive analysis of the current water problems of the village living environment improvement is analyzed, such as the lack of water supply facilities, water supply water quality is not up to standard; Sewage problems, the lack of unified planning and design of drainage system, sewage management is weak; the problem of public toilets, dry toilets are more than public toilets, public toilets are lack of management personnel; Garbage problems, the amount of garbage pool is seriously inadequate, infrastructure facilities are not perfect, garbage has not been realized classification, villagers'awareness of environmental protection is weak. And in view of these problems, the author puts forward some ways to improve the living environment of Xiangbiling village in Xundian county, such as increasing infrastructure construction, strengthening water supply and water quality testing, strengthening the overall planning of sewage discharge, clarifying management personnel, training and technical services.
