农业资源与环境专业人才分类培养的方案改革

Reform of the Program for the Classification and Training of Agricultural Resources and Environmental Professionals

  • 摘要: 以云南农业大学农业资源与环境专业为例,探讨在完善人才培养方案过程中,如何以培养研究型、复合型、高素质应用型人才为目标,开展因材施教式的分类培养。同时,总结通过理论课程、实践教学课程改革与全程导师制实现分类培养的设想与经验。

     

    Abstract: Taking the specialty of Agricultural resources and environment of Yunnan Agricultural University as an example, targeting the development of research-based, compound, and high-quality applied talents, this paper discusses how to carry out the classification and cultivation of the students according to their aptitude in the process of perfecting the talent training program. It summarizes the ideas and experiences of classifying and training through theoretical courses, practical teaching curriculum reform and full-course tutor system.
