Abstract:
With the rapid development of higher education, the trend of internationalization and informatization has made the competition between universities and colleges in terms of teaching level and personnel training increasingly prominent. In order to enhance their competitiveness, more and more colleges and universities have begun to attach importance to strengthening alliances and cooperation with other universities. In the process of promoting university cooperation, the cross-school credit system has undoubtedly received attention. The cross-school credits of graduate students is a new type of teaching management model, which helps to promote the sharing of resources among local universities. However, in the process of real implementation, it also faces some problems that need to be solved urgently. The article uses the literature method and the interview method to conduct interviews on the teachers and managers of the Higher Education Institute of Yunnan University and the Higher Education Institute of Yunnan Normal University. It is found that there are the following obstacles in the process of implementing the cross-school credit system in colleges and universities:the gap between the comprehensive strength of colleges and universities is obvious. The management concept of college administrators is relatively lagging behind and the funds for running schools are insufficient. Based on this, it is recommended to reform in terms of cooperation mechanism, school awareness, and material environment.
