Abstract:
The quality control of agricultural products is an important part of China's rural revitalization strategy, and the quality improvement of agriculture based on source control is an important factor influencing the creation of a county and one industry production pattern. Based on the sample survey data of 377 households in 3 counties (districts) in Huangshan city, Anhui province in 2017, this paper uses the binary Logistic regression model to empirically analyze the impact of basic factors, production characteristics, expected earnings, individual behavior and external environment characteristics on the quality control behavior of agricultural households with geographical indications. The study found that farmers' tea planting years, the proportion of tea industry income to total income, tea planting area, expected revenue, government supervision, and knowledge publicity of geographical indication products all had significant influence on farmers' quality control behavior, and the influence direction was positive. Further research shows that whether farmers participate in cooperatives or receive professional technical guidance has a negative impact on their quality.
