人力资本异化驱动下的农民工分层机理及实证研究

The Internal Mechanism and Empirical Research on Peasant Workers Stratification Driven by the Differentiation of Human Capital

  • 摘要: 在城镇化与市场化双重筛选下,中国农民工群体内部发生了明显变化,农民工同质性群体结构被打破。根据对长沙外来农民工实地调查结果,以人力资本为载体与标准,探究农民工层次分化的客观事实,了解人力资本差异下农民工各层次特点,为有针对性提高农民工人力资本、促进职业层次提升、更好适应城镇社会经济发展需求、真正有效化解农民工进城不落户难题提供一定思路;在实地了解农民工人力资本情况下,利用因子分析法、聚类分析法对农民工进行分层分析;根据因子与聚类法,农民工可以被区分为层次及特点鲜明的三种类型。研究发现:根据人力资本差异,农民工基本可区分为体力型、技能型与智能型三大层次,为提升他们的人力资本与职业层次,增强他们进城与入户信心,个体、政府与企业均应各自承担自己的主体责任。

     

    Abstract: With the deepening of urbanization in China, significant changes have taken place within the migrant workers' groups and the homogenous group structure of migrant workers has been broken. To use the on-the-spot investigation of migrant workers in Changsha and use their human capital as the carrier and standard to explore the objective facts of the gradation of migrant workers, understand the characteristics of migrant workers at all levels under the difference of human capital, and improve the peasant worker's power in a targeted manner. Capital and promotion of their occupational levels will be better adapted to the needs of the Social economy development of the cities and towns. This will provide certain ideas for effectively solving the difficult problems of peasant workers entering the city without entering the city. Under the condition of understanding the peasant worker's power capital in the field, factor analysis and cluster analysis were used to stratify migrant workers. According to the factor and clustering method, migrant workers can be divided into three types with distinct features. Through field survey and cluster analysis, migrant workers can basically be divided into physical laborers, skilled laborers, and intelligent migrant workers. In order to enhance their human capital and occupational level, individuals, governments, and enterprises should each bear their own responsibilities.
