基于AHP-FCE的农业科技成果转化效率评价分析——以福建省为例

The Transformation Efficiency of Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements Based on AHP-FCE: A Case Study of Fujian Province

  • 摘要: 农业科技转化水平是衡量一个国家农业现代化程度的重要标志。本文运用问卷调查法和供需假设原理分析了福建现代农业发展阶段影响制约农业科技成果转化效率的影响因素;再根据AHP指标体系构建规则建立评价指标体系,并进行权重评价分析。结果显示:农业科技市场供需矛盾是影响农业科技成果转化效率的首要因素,其次为技术接纳者意愿、政府行为和农技推广机制,最后运用AHP的指标权重结合FCE进行实证分析,得出目前福建省农业科技成果转化效率综合评价的结论,与现状基本相符,即“中”并接近“良”的水平,并对此提出了相关对策建议。

     

    Abstract: The level of agricultural science and technology transformation is an important symbol to measure the degree of agricultural modernization in a country. Based on the questionnaire survey and the principle of supply and demand hypothesis, this paper analyzes the influence factors that restrict the transformation efficiency of agricultural science and technology achievements in the development of modern agriculture in Fujian. Then, the evaluation index system is established based on the AHP index system, and the weight evaluation analysis is carried out. The results show that the contradiction between supply and demand in agricultural science and technology market is the primary factor affecting the transformation efficiency of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, followed by the willingness of technology recipients, the government behavior and the mechanism of agricultural technology extension. Finally, this paper uses AHP index weight combined with FCE to conduct empirical analysis, and it comes to the conclusion of comprehensive evaluation on transformation efficiency of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in Fujian province, which basically coincides with the status quo. It is evaluated as "medium" and close to the level of "good". Thus, some relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
