Abstract: From the perspective of social capital theory,the village economic cooperation organization and the rural social capital have an intrinsic fit in the development.At present,the development of village economic cooperation organizations suffers from many dilemmas,such as the lack of trust,normative failure,and weakened social network.Therefore,it is necessary to start from the construction of the normative system of traditional norms and institutional norms,the construction of rural social participation network under the common interest orientation,and the construction of the dual trust type of rural society,so as to realize the further fusion development of both rural social capital and village economic cooperation organizations,and promote the sound development of the village economic cooperation organization.
