Abstract: The partcipation of social forces in cultural poverty allevivation is necessary to adhere to the patter of great poverty alleviation.The participation of social forces in cultural poverty alleviation promotes the construction of rural civilization, cultivates villagers' skills, as well as helps us achieve certain results in promoting cultural undertakings and the development of cultural industries.However, there are some difficulties,such as lack of initiative, lack of joint force,and imperfect security and evaluation mechanism.This paper puts forward the ways to bulid the soical atmosphere,mobilize the active participation of social forces,strengthen the guidance of the government,integrate the resources of social forces,improve the policies and regulation,strengthen the guarantee evaluation mechanism and other social forces to participate in the cultural poverty alleviation.
