Abstract: Thailand's private higher education has been noticed globally with the support of economic internationalization and government policies. Because of the government's high attention and policy support, Thailand's private higher education has made progress in the internationalization of courses, teaching methods and management, which can provide some reference and enlightenment for the internationalization of private higher education in China. Now, China's private higher education learns much from Thailand's to improve itself, including the government setting relevant policies, the university taking advantage of "the Belt and Road", and developing individuals of market-oriented.
