Abstract: During the International Tourism Festival of rapeseed in Luoping County, the author made a comprehensive analysis of the present situation of leisure agriculture in Luoping County on the basis of obtaining relevant information and data, through questionnaire survey and interview with tourists in Luoping County. It is found that the tourism public service system lags behind, the competitive advantage is not obvious, and the environmental protection is insufficient.The author thinks that Luoping County should perfect the public service measures, optimize the tourism characteristic resources, establish the ecological compensation mechanism, so as to promote the balanced, characteristic and sustainable development of Luoping County.
