电商环境下龙头企业与农户合作效能研究——基于利益联结机制角度

The Cooperation Efficiency between Agricultural Leading Enterprises and Farmers Under the Environment of E-commerce: Based on the Angle of Interest Coupling Mechanism

  • 摘要: 如何在电商环境下提升龙头企业与农户的合作效能,保障企业与农户的利益,是推进农业产业化经营、促进农产品电商发展的关键。以庐江县王巢食品有限公司为典型案例,结合庐江县的整体情况,分析电商环境下龙头企业与农户合作现状,并从利益实现、利益分配、利益保障与约束三个方面指出企业与农户合作中存在的问题,最后,基于利益联结机制的角度提出提升企业与农户合作效能的建议。

     

    Abstract: The key to promote the management of agricultural industrialization and promote the development of agricultural products is how to improve the efficiency of cooperation between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers in the environment of e-commerce and safeguard the interests of enterprises and farmers. Based on the typical case of Wangchao Food limited liability company and combined with the overall situation of Lujiang County, this paper analyzes the current situation of cooperation between leading enterprises and farmers under the environment of e-commerce and points out the problems in the cooperation between enterprises and farmers from the three aspects of interest realization, benefit distribution and interest protection and restriction. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions to improve the cooperation efficiency between enterprises and farmers based on the angle of interest coupling mechanism.
