高原特色农业助推脱贫攻坚的探索及其启示——基于禄劝、寻甸、东川三县区的调查

Yunnan Plateau Characteristics Agriculture Boosting Poverty Alleviation: A Investigation in Three Counties of Luquan, Xundian and Dongchuan of Yunnan Province

摘要: 云南省是高原农业大省，地处老、少、边、贫地区，经济发展滞后，是脱贫攻坚的重中之重。根据云南省农业发展的资源优势与区位优势，结合云南省高原特色农业发展的战略思路，对昆明市禄劝、寻甸、东川三个国家级贫困县进行调查，探讨高原特色农业助推脱贫攻坚的基本做法、主要成效及其启示。

Abstract: Yunnan provincelocated in marginal and poor areas, is a large agricultural province in the plateau, and it is the key point ares of poverty alleviation.According to the resourceand regional advantage of agricultural development in yunnan province, combining with the strategic thinking of characteristic agricultural development in yunnan plateau,this paper conducts a survey in three national-level poverty-strickencounties of Luquan, Xundian and Dongchuan, and explores the basic fundamentals,main efficiency and enlightenment.
