Abstract:
The mobile phone has already become one of the essential tools in daily life, whether it is the positive impact or the negative effects, both made it the focus of society. For the use of smart phones, is also infiltrating to tourism experience. So it is a seriously thinking about how to use smart phones to improve the quality of tourism experience. Based on the background of wisdom tourism, this paper analyzes the aspects of Hangzhou residents' perception of smart phones, analyzes their corresponding attitudes, application preferences and the negative impacts caused by smart phone. In the end,it puts forward the three aspects of the proposal:promotion of comprehensive and content quality; experience intelligent and wifi use globally; user information more security and regulatory regularization. The study on smart phone tourism consumption experience has carried on the qualitative and quantitative research, can be in the future mobile technology application in tourism to provide certain reference.
