建筑业进城务工人员工作幸福感现状及影响因素研究

The Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Migrant Workers' Happiness in Construction Industry

  • 摘要: 采用文献分析法、专家访谈法总结建筑业进城务工人员的工作幸福感影响因素,影响因素具体分为:工作环境、工作回报、工作强度、社会保障、负性情感、正性情感、人际关系、自身发展8个维度;选取重庆、成都、济南、杭州、西安5个地区共8家建筑施工企业的进城务工人员作为调查对象,通过问卷调查收集数据,运用统计性描述方法分析新生代和老一代进城务工人员的工作幸福感现状,并建立有序logistic回归模型探讨其幸福感影响因素出现的新特征以及面对的问题。研究发现:(1)现阶段建筑行业从业劳动繁重、休息休闲时间严重不足、精神文化生活欠缺的现象依然存在;(2)进城务工人员整体工作幸福感较低,且新生代进城务工人员的工作幸福感低于老一代进城务工人员;(3)相对于老一代进城务工人员,新生代进城务工人员经济取向弱化,个人取向和发展取向增强。

     

    Abstract: Based on the comparison analysis between the new and older generation of migrant workers,this paper summarizes eight factors that affect the well-being of new and old migrant workers through literature research and expert interviews,using the statistical method through a questionnaire survey from eight construction enterprises in Chongqing, Chengdu, Jinan, Hangzhou, Xi'an, it describes the new generation and the old generation of migrant workers in the work of happiness. The ordinal logistic regression model was also established to explore the new features and problems of the factors affecting the well-being and to raise awareness of the well-being of migrant workers.The study found that:(1) at the present stage in heavy labor, rest and leisure time serious insufficient, lack of spiritual and cultural life of the phenomenon of the construction industry still exists;(2) the new generation of migrant workers work well-being is lower than that of the older generation of migrant workers;(3) compared with the older generation of migrant workers,the economic orientation of the new generation of migrant workers is weakening, and the individual orientation and development orientation is enhanced.
