Abstract: The construction of new engineering is the new requirement to deepen the reform of education and teaching and improve the quality of talent training. Multidisciplinary cross integration, innovative talent training mode, solve complex engineering problems as the core of new construction projects. It is of great practical significance to improve the quality of talent training in the study and the ability of solving complex engineering problems of talent training mode under the multi-disciplinary cross-integration. This paper takes the interdisciplinary integration of urban and rural construction in Yunnan Agricultural University as the research object, explores the construction of talent cultivation model under the cross-integration of urban and rural construction. Based on the analysis of the main problems of the subject status of the subject, the author puts forward the goal, the train of thought and the main content of the talent cultivation mode, so as to provide some guidance and reference for the training mode of innovative cultivating talents and improve the quality of engineering talent training under the cross-disciplinary integration of urban and rural construction.
