There are many problems in the traditional tourism development model of agricultural water conservancy heritage, such as the value deviation, the shallow combination, the cultural extinction and so on. Tourism + has the function of building a platform, promoting sharing, promoting value and so on, while expanding the development of tourism itself, it also promote the value of agricultural water conservancy heritage and cultural protection. Agricultural water conservancy heritage includes not only the material form of agricultural irrigation system and agricultural landscape, but also the cultural elements, such as the cultural form, the rural folk custom and folk worship.Water-powered roller room of Baojia Village carries off a highest prize of Excellence of Asia Pacific heritage protection, issued by scientific and cultural organization of the United Nations, and it is also praised as paragon for developing countries in the 2011 World Best Heritage prototype conference.
