Abstract: Starting from the theoretical perspective of Cross-border Agri-Supply Chain,the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of agricultural extroversion in the Southwest Nationalities Area,should pay attention to the particularity on point,line,plane,body of its agricultural exteriorization resources,and the integration on point,line,plane,body of its agricultural exteriorization development. However,there are many difficulties in the process of agricultural extroversion in the Southwest Minority Area,and the problem lies in the lack on deep analysis and systematic understanding which is that the particularity and integration of agricultural extroversion in this region. In view of this,this paper thoroughly discusses and expounds the meaning on particularity and integration of agricultural exteriorization in the Southwest Nationalities Area,and analyzes existing some obscure ideas on these two issues for the agricultural interconnection between China and ASEAN.
