基于Malmquist指数法的曲靖市烟草农业科技创新效率实证分析

Empirical Analysis on the Efficiency of Tobacco Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation in Qujing Based on Malmquist Index

  • 摘要: 为了全面了解影响曲靖市烟草农业科技创新效率的主要因素,采用非参数DEA的Malmquist指数法,对20062015年曲靖市9个县(市、区)烟草农业科技创新效率进行了测算,并比较近十年曲靖市烟草全要素生产率年际间波动性和不同植烟区县之间的差异性。研究表明:20062015年,曲靖市烟草农业科技创新效率的平均增长率为5%,技术进步的平均增长率为4.8%。从9个县(市、区)来看,烟草农业生产全要素生产率均值都在1.0以上。除了宣威市烟草农业科技创新增长率下降2%,其余县(市、区)均实现了正增长,尤其是麒麟区增长速度最快,达到11%。综合来说,技术进步是促进曲靖市烟草农业科技创新效率的主要因素。

     

    Abstract: Using Malmquist index method of the nonparametric DEA Models, this paper calculated the efficiency of tobacco agricultural science and technology innovation during 2006 to 2015 period in 9 counties of Qujing, and compared the inter annual fluctuation of tobacco total factor productivity and difference from different tobacco planting area nearly a decade in Qujing. The results show that: in 2006-2015,the average growth rate of tobacco agricultural science and technology innovation efficiency was 5% in Qujing, the average growth rate of technical progress was about 4.8%.From 9 counties, the average total factor productivity of tobacco agricultural production is above 1 in Qujing. In addiction to Xuanwei tobacco agricultural science and technology innovation growth rate fell 2%, the other counties tobacco agricultural science and technology innovation efficiency growth rate achieved positive growth, especially the Qilin district grew the fastest, reaching 11%. Generally speaking, technical progress was the main factor to promote the efficiency of tobacco agricultural science and technology innovation in Qujing.
