Abstract: The strategy of rural revitalization in minority areas of Yunnan Province could divided into 3 types and 5 layers, according to the specific circumstances of different village, based on the experience of promoting construction of beautiful countryside with classification. The first type is to support pillar industry to keep steady growth, the second type is to pattern model rapidly based on adequate public finance support which could divided into three layers; the first layer is for visual engineering, the second layer is for economic contribution, the third layer is for political security, and the last one is to keep the pot boiling for villagers with limited public financial fallback.
