Abstract: The connotation of Sushi' scholar painting theory is abundant, which has a strong impact on the practice of scholar painting. Sushi' scholar painting theory comes from his poems on painting. Through interpreting and concluding Sushi's scholar painting theory, this article constructs a complete scholar painting theory system from four aspect, including:ontology theory, creation theory, style theory, appreciation theory, so as to be familiar with creation ideological trend of scholar painting in the history of Chinese classical painting aesthetic ideology, deeply.
