摘要

摘要: 云南省十三五规划中着重指出，产业结构要迈向中高端，实现产业转型的升级。高新技术产业高端化对云南省产业结构转型升级至关重要。本文基于主成分分析云南省高新技术产业高端化，采用2015年的云南省8个高新技术产业和影响高端化的15个指标进行实证研究，得出以下结论：（1）通过主成分分析得到三个主成分，分别是：高新技术产业的核心竞争力、盈利能力和运营能力；（2）以主成分的方差贡献率为系数建立高新技术产业高端化的评级模型，得到了云南省各高新技术产业的综合得分和排名。最后，对云南省高新技术产业高端化的发展提出政策建议。

Abstract: The 13th Five-Year plan of Yunnan Province emphatically pointed out that industrial structure should researched hingh-ed indusrial structureto achieve industrial upgrading. High-end of high-tech industries is crucial to the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure in Yunnan Province. The study was carried out in Yunnan province in 2015, using 8 new high-tech industries and 15 indicators of high impact, and getting the following conclusions:(1)three main components are analyzed through principal component analysis:the core competitiveness, profitability and operational capability of the high-tech industry; (2)Based on the coefficient of variance contribution rate of principal components, a high-end model of high-tech industry is established, and the comprehensive score and ranking of the high-tech industries in Yunnan province are obtained. At last, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the development of high-tech industries in Yunnan Province.
