Abstract: The integration of industry and education is one important part about deepening education reform, building modern vocational education system and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises effectively. But the promote degree and integration depth are limited. Industries, enterprises and vocational colleges are the key to the integration of production and education at present. To promote the deep integration between industry and education, the government should play a leading role, strengthen the concept of education service areas and industries, reform the school-running model, enhance university-enterprises cooperation and collectivization school-running, innovate the construction of modern vocational education startup hubs, speed up the construction of the factory in school and the commander factory construction by analyzing the connotation of the integration on industry and education and the requirements of the enterprises and the vocational colleges.
