农科大学社科类研究生调查及培养研究——以云南农业大学为例

Investigation and Cultivation of Learning Characteristics of Social Science Graduate Students:A Case of Yunnan Agricultural University

  • 摘要: 研究生教育是国家最高层次的教育,研究生的学习特征和培养直接反应出国家的教育水平,也往往成为国际上衡量一个国家高等教育水平高低最重要的标准。本文以云南农业大学为例,针对人文社科类研究生的学习生活、科研实践和教学环境、学生个人素质和师生交流情况等几个方面进行了探讨。通过调查发现调剂生较多、课堂教学管理落后、师生交流过少和就业压力大、高校教育与市场机制脱节等问题导致了社科类研究生培养质量的不高。在此基础上,提出了吸引高学分和第一志愿学生、强化对课堂教学的管理、提高师生交往质量和建立多元化培养目标、了解市场需求等完善社科类研究生培养的对策建议,为研究生培养工作提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The graduate education is the nation's highest levels of education, the learning characteristics and training of graduate students directly reflects the country's level of education, and often become the most important standard of measuring a country's higher education level. Based on the case of Yunnan Agricultural University, postgraduate study life in scientific research and teaching environment, student personal quality and student-teacher sessions and other aspects of humanities are discussed. Through the investigation it found that there are many transfers, the problems of classroom teaching management, the lack of communication between teachers and students, the disconnection of employment pressure, the disconnection of university education and market mechanism leading to the low quality of graduate training. On this basis, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to attract high credit and first volunteer students, strengthen the management of classroom teaching, improve the communication quality of teachers and students, understand market demand, and provide reference for postgraduate training.
