Abstract:
Based on Maslow's theory, through empirical research, the article analyses the demand satisfaction of the new generation of migrant workers in cities, compared with intergenerational differences, and draws the following conclusions:(1) demand satisfaction of new generation migrant workers is low,it indicates the current situation of work and life is not optimistic;(2)the five levels of demand satisfied degree of the new generation of migrant workers and the older generation of migrant workers are significant difference,among them, the satisfactiondegree of new generation peasant workers' physiological needs, respect needs, self-actualization needs is higher than the older generation of migrant workers, while satisfaction on social contact demand is slightly lower than the older generation of migrant workers; (3) the sub-group differentiating exits in new generation peasant workers,and their demand satisfaction is also significant different. On the basis of this conclusion, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
