Abstract: In order to improve the work ability of colleges and universities teacher class, this article uses literature research and interview method, studies the files about the student works of class teachers and counselors, which were proposed by the ministry of education interfering with colleges and universities reform. It explores the common problems existing in class teacher work combining the reality of school, thus it puts forward the ways of innovation, such as abiding these principles about morals first, related files of ministry of education; insisting on lifelong learning to improve the professional quality; utilizing the network platform to keep the communication between teachers and students; establishing parent-school cooperative relationship and so on.
