Abstract: This study developed an S-O strategy of a mutual development of tourism, cultural originality,and coffee industry in Shangjiang town through SWOT model. Based on this strategy, an industrial convergence poverty alleviation model of leisure tourism + culture originality + fine coffee was constructed, and the model construction principle and effect were analyzed. The proposed model provided safeguard measures for the future development and reference for a better development of coffee industry for the local government.
