The Contradiction Between the Natural Reserve and the Surrounding Farmers Based on Two Dynamic Game Model

摘要

摘要: 从生态补偿和生计替代的角度出发，构建两个动态博弈模型分析自然保护区与周边农户之间的矛盾，通过对博弈结果的分析和讨论，得出影响保护区管理机构实施生态补偿政策和帮助农户开展生计替代活动的因素。最后提出：周边农户配合保护区工作，积极与保护区进行协商；保护区主动进行利益分享，帮助周边农户发展生计替代活动，是解决双方矛盾问题、实现共同发展的关键。

Abstract: This paper constructs two dynamic game model to analyze the contradiction between the nature reserve and the surrounding farmers from the perspective of ecological compensation and alternative livelihood, through the analysis and discussion on the game results, it draws a conclusion that the impact factors of the reserve management agencies to implement ecological compensation policies and help farmers to carry out alternative livelihood. Finally, it proposes the surrounding farmers to actively cooperate and consult with the reserve; the reserve to share the interests, initiatively, and to help the surrounding farmers to develop livelihood alternatives, are the key to solve the contradiction between the two sides and realize the common development.
