Abstract:
Through the empirical investigation of Anhui, Jiangxi and Henan provinces, the paper analyzes the job satisfaction of migrant workers, and finds that their overall satisfaction is generally low. At the same time, constructing a Logistic model, from the individual characteristics variables (age, gender, education level), work status variables(working conditions, salary level, interpersonal relationship, social security and living environment), individual and family endowment variables (social respect, family income level), 10 indicator, to analyze the job satisfaction of migrant workers. The results showed that age, gender, education level, working conditions, wages, social insurance, social respect, family income, these 8 factors have a significant impact on the job satisfaction of migrant workers.
