Abstract: Big Data as a new capacity of the information society to understand the world, provides a new method and technology system for people to understand the world, transforming the world. The application of big data to the management of college students' education and management will be conducive to change the concept of service, improve the management service mode, and promote the education management service of students to be more precise and effective. This paper expounds the conception and essence of big data, analyzes the characteristics of university students' education management under the background of large data, combs the source of big data of university students' education and management, explores the mechanism of large data management of college students' management, data innovation, student education management, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, with a view to provide reference for the management of college students work.
