Abstract: The Shanzhou Spirit is the concentrated reflection of patriotism spirit, national spirit, the innovation spirit and the Yunnan Spirit, which is a high degree of unity with Yang Shanzhou person and spirit, and it not only blends in the new elements of economic development, but also the new beacon of social ideals, moral standards and values. This paper takes Baoshan University for example, using self-made questionnaire to survey the current education respectively from identity, education, educational effect of The Shanzhou Spirit, it put forward to deepen the Shanzhou personal and spiritual identity, innovate spirit education methods, build normalized teaching mode and optimize the environment of the atmosphere, and promote the heritage and development of The Shanzhou Spirit.
