Abstract: Social security service is a kind of social services which is characteristic of public goods. It is also an important function of the service-oriented government, and it has a vital practical significance to build a well-off society in an all-round way and to realize the urban and rural residents' equal public service. This paper analyzed the current condition and problems of the old-age security service, medical security service, employment service, rehabilitation and maternity and child care service of the immigrant community in the Guazhou county, and accordingly put forward some solutions to those problems. Meanwhile, the old-age security service and medical security service are the core to improve the quality of immigrant community.
