Abstract:
Building a unified construction land market is one of the important content of China's rural land system reform. Based on the summary of urban and rural construction land market operation status quo, the paper analyzes the several ways to link the urban and rural construction land market, just as expropriation, hook policy between the urban and rural construction land market, land bill. And the possible future co-ordination paths are explored, such as collective construction land market, township (town) domain urbanization construction, etc.
