Abstract:
Mountainous characteristic agriculture is the strategic choice of the mountainous region agriculture development and its level of competitiveness is related to the foundation of agriculture. Analysis were conducted from the aspects of resources, requirement, related industries, enterprise strategy, market competition, government action and opportunity with Michael Porter Diamond Model,and then proposed some promotion countermeasures to integrate the advantages of resources, innovate marketing model, implement differentiation strategy, take the road of brand agriculture, improve government functions and so on, expecting to strengthen mountainous characteristic agriculture in Southeast Guizhou.
