Abstract: Because of its feebleness, domestic agricultural industry needs to be protected by each national government. In order to stabilize the international agricultural market and regulate the behavior of national agricultural subsidies, the WTO formulates agreement of agricultural to restrain each agricultural subsidies behaviors. Our country also strengthens legal research, formulates and adjusts laws and regulations about agricultural subsidies after joining WTO, but it still exists a lot defects, the effectiveness of which can not be gived full play. Therefore, how to perfect our country agricultural subsidies within the framework of WTO legal system is worthy of being payed more attention.
