Abstract:
With its unique geographic advantage and relative advantage for South Asia and southeast Asia, Yunnan carried out a full-range, multi-level work of international education cooperation and exchange and multi-level, and it actively built international students education destination facing South and Southeast Asian countries for many years. International students education in Yunnan appears to be scale, stable, complete disciplines setting and preponderant disciplines, nonacademic education and academic education going hand in hand, totally higher proportion of self-paid students and the appropriate tilt of the scholarship. On the background of OBOA, the government should strengthen strategic planning docking and policy consultations, actively signed bilateral and multilateral and regional education cooperation framework agreement. And colleges and universities should be based on their own development strategies to participating in the construction of OBOA strategy, carry out various forms of cooperation with countries. At last, Social forces should be actively involved in the recruitment of students, consulting, intermediary services, social financing, private donations, talent pool, employment and other services to promoter international students education pattern.
