人文关怀视阈下残疾大学生政治观培育

Disabled College Students' Ideological and Political Education from the Perspective of Humanistic Care

  • 摘要: 残疾大学生是我国高校政治观培育中的特殊群体,对其采取柔性化的人文关怀,并与知、情、意、行有机契合,是以学生为本思想政治工作的具体体现。人文关怀影响着残疾大学生政治情感的稳定性、政治立场的坚定性、政治参与的积极性。但对其政治观的培育在高校关怀认知理念、校园关怀情感氛围、辅导员主体关怀意志、教师关怀行为方式等方面存在困境。为此,亟需从人文关怀的视角,来探索残疾大学生政治观培育的新内容、新途径,并着力树立人文关怀理念、营造人文关怀氛围、明确人文关怀主体、优化人文关怀方式。

     

    Abstract: Disabled college students is a special group in political view education in colleges and universities of our country, the adopted flexible humanistic concern, as well as cognition, emotion and meaning, organic meeting reflects the situation of student-oriented ideological and political work.Humanistic care affects the stability of the political emotion, the firmness of political position and the enthusiasm of political participation. But cultivating disabled students' political views are faced with serious difficulties, such as the concept of care cognition, the emotional atmosphere of campus care, the will of the main body of the instructor, the way of teacher's caring behavior and so on.Therefore, it needs to explore the new concept and new ways of political view cultivation of disabled students in the perspective of humanistic care, and establish the concept of humanistic care, create an atmosphere of humanistic care, clear humanistic care subject, optimize humanistic care ways.
