农村劳动力剩余与粮食安全的研究

  • 摘要: 当前中国的粮食安全面临着巨大的压力,中国自给粮食比例逐步减少,已经触及了粮食安全白皮书的红线,对于这一问题已受到国内理论界和政府部门格外重视。引用经济学家林毅夫所提出自生能力的概念,把粮食和其他农作物当成不同的产业进行比较优势分析,最后得到导致粮食问题的主要根源是由于农村过剩的劳动力。针对劳动力过剩这一问题,提出一些相应的对策,如修缮农村基础设施,鼓励创办乡镇企业,加大优质粮食的生产等。

     

    Abstract: China's food self-sufficiency ratio gradually reduced that has touched the red line of White Paper on food safety, which implies the great pressure on China's food security nowadays. For this issue, domestic theorists and government have attacheed great importance. This article refers to the concept by economist Lin Yifu viability referred to grain and other crops as a comparative analysis of different industries, finally it gets the main root cause of the problem is due to the surplus of rural labor. To deal with this problem, we tries to give some reasonable policy suggestion. First, we should renovate the rural infrastructure, then encourage the creation of township enterprises, increase the production of high quality food and so on.
