基于结构方程模型的高校教学团队建设的绩效与影响因素分析

Analysis of the Performance and Influencing Factors of College Teaching Team Based on Structural Equation Mode

  • 摘要: 高校教学团队是提升教学质量的重要组织形式。在理论分析的基础上,以某高校的教学团队为对象,探索了组织支持、责任担当、合作分享与团队绩效之间的关系。结果表明:高校教学团队的量表可以分为组织支持、责任担当、合作分享与团队绩效四个维度;组织支持、责任担当、合作分享对教学团队有正面的影响;合作分享在组织支持和责任担当对组织绩效的作用路径中起到中介作用。

     

    Abstract: University teaching team is an important organization to improve the quality of teaching. On the base of theoretical analysis, the relationship between organizational support, responsibility, cooperation and team performance is explored with the teaching team of a university as the object. The results showed that the amount of teaching team in Colleges and universities table can be divided for the organization support, responsibility, cooperation sharing and team performance in four dimensions; organizational support, responsibility, cooperation and sharing has positive influence on teaching team; cooperative share in responsibility and organizational support play path of organizational performance plays an intermediary role.
