Abstract:
University teaching team is an important organization to improve the quality of teaching. On the base of theoretical analysis, the relationship between organizational support, responsibility, cooperation and team performance is explored with the teaching team of a university as the object. The results showed that the amount of teaching team in Colleges and universities table can be divided for the organization support, responsibility, cooperation sharing and team performance in four dimensions; organizational support, responsibility, cooperation and sharing has positive influence on teaching team; cooperative share in responsibility and organizational support play path of organizational performance plays an intermediary role.
