Abstract: Following the arising of the idea of Internet Plus, the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is facing with the opportunities and challenges. The most important problems that need to be resolved is that we should give full play to the advantage of network and give positive guide for college students so as to urge them to form the correct values in the new era. The paper analyzes the connotation of this idea, and analyzes the influences on college ideological and political education by Internet from the opportunities and challenges. At last, four aspects, including education training, propaganda guidance, culture cultivation and system construction are put forward to solve these problems.
