Abstract: Recently,the important role of Yunnan as the South Asia and Southeast Asia radiation center has become increasingly clear with the development of The Belt and Road.In order to enhance the soft power, the international education of Chinese in Yunnan is facing a better development platform and the actual requirements of further promotion. This paper mainly analyzes present situations of cooperation between Yunnan and the ASEAN in Chinese international education,such as the importance, opportunities and existing problems of Chinese promotion. It is formed with the first-hand informations comingfrom a questionnaire and proposes the promotion strategies of Chinese extension of Yunnan-ASEAN, so that to guide the development of practical work.
