Abstract: This paper starts from the concept of professional tobacco-grower, analyzes the necessity of professional tobacco-grower's cultivation in Yunnan province, and stresses the cultivation approach. Four aspects are proposed to cultivate a stable professional tobacco-grower team, including the determination of the cultivation and orientation, the establishment of the training plan and the process, the establishment of the evaluation system and the implementation of dynamic management.
