Abstract:
Farmers, as the recipient of the forest ecological benefit compensation policy, the satisfaction of ecological benefit compensation policy in a certain extent can test the effect of the implementation of the policy. Analysis of the satisfaction of ecological compensation policies and influence factors from the perspective of farmers, for which has important reference meaning for the government to formulate relevant policies. Based on the field survey data of 217 households of forest farmers in six counties and cities in Fujian, using ordinal logistic model for quantitative study, this paper analyzes influence factors of forest farmers' satisfaction degree. Measurement results show that the these factors, including householder age, proportion of forestry income, household education level, whether it is village cadres or not, whether there is a forest right certificate or not, have significant effects on forest ecological benefit compensation satisfaction. Meanwhile, it proposes some suggestions to improve the compensation standard, perfects related policies and strengthens publicity of the ecological benefit compensation policy and so on.
