Abstract: With the rapid development of agricultural economy, new agricultural business subject comes into being, which is the mark that economic prosperity in Anhui province. However, the new agricultural business subject is still in the initial stage with imperfect aspects, especially the deficient fund. This paper surveys the financing of new agricultural business subjects in Anhui Province by the internet,as well as comparing and analyzing four business subjects. From the standpoint of new agricultural business subjects, financing institutions and government, the final purpose of this paper is to give advice to relieve the financing dilemma of new agricultural business subjects by considering the characters of financing in Anhui Province.
