农产品质量追溯中物联网采纳影响因素相互关系分析

Interaction Analysis for Adoption Factors of the Internet of Things in Agricultural Products Traceability System

  • 摘要: 针对因素关联情境下农产品质量追溯体系中物联网技术用户采纳影响因素识别问题,提出了一种基于决策与试验评价实验室的影响因素识别方法。首先,以技术-组织-环境框架和整合的技术采纳模型为依据,从组织和个体用户两个维度出发,系统分析农产品质量追溯中物联网采纳影响因素以及因素间的相互作用关系,并构建物联网技术采纳影响因素指标体系;然后,通过实际调研和决策与试验评价实验室法确定物联网技术采纳影响因素的中心度和原因度,从而明晰农产品质量追溯系统中物联网技术采纳的关键影响因素。结果表明,政府支持、技术兼容性、社会影响和企业高层支持等因素是物联网技术采纳的关键影响因素。

     

    Abstract: The aim of this paper is to analyze the adoption factors of the internet of things (IOT) in agricultural products traceability systems considering the context that multiple risk factors interaction. Firstly, this paper systematically analyzes the adoption factors for the IOT in agricultural-products traceability systems based on the coupling perspective of TOE model and UTAUT theory. Then, the indexes system is constructed and a method based on DEMATEL is employed to identify adoption factors. Finally, the critical adoption factors are determined by calculating centrality degree and cause degree. The result shows that the critical adoption factors for IOT in agricultural products traceability systems are government support, technology compatibility, social impact and support of enterprise senior.
