Abstract: Developing agriculture, countryside and raising the living standards of farmers have been becoming the most important issues of Vietnam' Party and Government so far, and it is also the topic cared by many researchers. In the process of the current development, as the important agriculture product materials, land is narrowed and made place for industrial and service projects; the development of rural tourism at these potential tourism local places should be more concerned in order to contribute to create job and to create income from these services for farmers.
