Abstract: The construction of public cultural service system is a necessary condition of a comprehensive well-off society and a great-leap-forward development of yunnan province. The construction of rural public cultural service system is facing severe challenges in Yunnan for its locating in the border area and relatively backward economic. It is a problem that how to promote the construction of public cultural service system in Yunnan must be solved. Through the investigation and research, this article puts forward four relevant countermeasures, including how to solve the funds, how to cultivate talent, how to use media, and how to reform system in order to promote the construction of Yunnan rural public cultural service system better and faster.
